This kit contains many fasteners to help you mount the license plate in front and behind the car. If you need different types of mounting studs or self-tapping screws for your specific installation, the company provides an email address and says they will mail you what you need for your specific application - I didn't have to, but they did sounds like very good customer support. The company offers many different combinations of anti-theft devices and traditional mounting hardware, so search the internet to find the combination that works best for you. Almost all of their kits include a few key elements: * High quality stainless steel bolts/screws that will rust and corrode (unlike cheap dealer gear) * Styrofoam decals on the back of the metal license plate to protect the car from scratches and prevent rattling... if you encounter a bump when closing the trunk. * Bolt/screw caps that cover the bolt/screw head, protect the bolt/screw and add a tidy look. They are available in different colors (black, carbon fibre, blue etc.) so find the set that suits you and your vehicle* All the equipment is very easy to use and install. Installation takes minutes and requires minimal tools. Tip: If you're getting an anti-theft device, make sure you keep the removal keys in a safe place you'll remember (perhaps in the glove box or on the center console where you keep vehicle parts). Usually you delete these many years after installation and it is very easy to forget where you put them. You don't want to search for it when you just need to quickly remove your license plate because you're selling your car. [Unfortunately I can't sell it today as I have to drive home and find my anti-theft key!] Hot Tip #2: Be very careful with tire valve caps. These machined metal caps look really cool and I would love to put them on my car! HOWEVER, I know a few people who have had these fuses on their TPMS valve stems (the aluminum in the cap reacts with other metal in the valve stem and fuses). They had to grind/cut them off which was a huge hassle - many people end up doing this at the shop and end up buying new TPMS valve stems and paying extra labor. It may be limited here in the cold, snowy and rainy northern US where road salt is used. Maybe in total safety down south, in dry Cali or Arizona. Just think twice before you put on those really cool looking valve stem caps. Where I live I play it safe and stick with plastic valve stem caps - unfortunately because I need the cool ones!
