I love how we were able to have our own personal help desk, that is very convenient because of all their resources are available 24/7! Customer care was great at ApSitton as well!! It took longer than anticipated for my request to be answered or resolved but they did follow up several times in order make sure it's been addressed properly. Nothing specific other then just waiting seems like an eternity. They need more agents so it takes time sometimes when sending out tickets through email etc.. But once done everything works perfectly as needed! The ability to customize our software is one of the best things about this product. This makes it easier for us in terms of making changes as well as keeping track of all activities that are happening within the organization. Nothing much, but I would like to see some more features added to make life easier for the end user. It has been very helpful and have made my job so easy because everything can be accessed from anywhere.
