HI, if you are looking for a great price on diamond drills that DO NOT have a sparkle or look like rhinestones then for $15.99, you are still getting a great deal (89000 drills of 445 colors) for the price plus quick shipping. BUT if you want what they show you in the pictures then you are going to be greatly disappointed like I was. Not sure of the material that they use ( thinking epoxy resin) and yes they do have a little gloss to them, but they are no different then other resin drills that I bought.
