Review on Clarity Connect by Danny Poulin

The most beneficial feature about using clarity connect was that you could easily integrate it with your existing system so there were no extra costs involved which I liked very much since we are already paying service providers who provide our current systems! It did take some time before everything became fully functional but once they got their stuff together its been smooth sailing ever from then onwards!! Nothing specific really as such other than maybe better training needs more attention because not everyone knows how things work out at hand even though support team has helped many times previously when needed nothing major here just minor technical issues like slow logging etc.
