I bought these shoes because my son hates socks and thought they would be easier to clean and not have to worry about how uncomfortable they would be playing in muddy puddles. And they haven't let me down. My son loves them, says "they are so comfortable and not even that rough". He's also a pro at destroying shoes in record time and they've lasted half a summer and are still in great shape. So happy with this purchase
