So I have a 1994 Jeep Wrangler YJ and it's a direct OEM replacement. The best part is that the mirrors are FIXED where the mirror and hand are. That's a great thing because it doesn't move, which was a problem with the OEM versions. You can make the part that attaches to the door wider or shorter. The mirror is adjustable, which means you adjust the actual glass in the frame and move the frame to adjust the mirror.
