There are several similar kits on the web. This kit comes with additional wiring and hardware. Some kits do not come with wiring, fuse holders, fuses, disconnects and ring terminals. My setup was a replacement for an OEM power connector. The car was made with 3 rows of seats and power outlets in all 3 rows. However, with a power connection in the first row, this was not enough for all the needs of the modern driver. Especially when you consider that you'll want to connect a GPS, a phone, an MP3 player, a tablet computer and whatever else your passenger might have taken with them. I removed the OEM power connector and used the OEM wiring harness so this unit is now part of the OEM power system. The hole in the inner fairing was larger than the fairing supplied. A larger lid was made for my application. Alternatively, you can install these blocks directly onto the battery, create a new hole where none previously existed, and install them in a location that hasn't been serviced before.
