I, like many others, read the reviews before buying this watch, was very happy to receive and use it, but in the first week I realized that I didn't understand, but in the second week it was always wrong! Me and my daughter wear smartwatches and when we were jogging her apple watch recorded 7000 steps and mine 1000 and that's after a long walk and wearing it all day so I figured maybe they should stand on the pedometer so that it counts, but that doesn't work either. and don't get me started on blood pressure because it's a joke! it's never right! It's so far away that I look at it to make myself laugh. Overall you get what you pay for and I thought it might be too good to be true with the price and I was right. Save your money and buy a real smartwatch because it doesn't even pretend lol
