True, the resolution of the monitor is only 1080p, but the picture is bright, the colors are juicy. Games and movies look impressively smooth with a lot of movement on the screen. I found the monitor lived up to its claims. This is a gaming monitor so that's the focus and for the price I think it's a pretty good manufacturer. The controls are located just below the screen, making them easy to use. It has a fairly typical set of options. Many monitors put them on the back, perhaps because they give the monitor a slimmer look. There are only two inputs, an HDMI and a display port. This can be an issue if you want to connect multiple systems to it and may need an HDMI port adapter for the display. If you're playing on a budget, this is a good option that doesn't require you to spend hundreds to keep your games looking good.
