This USB switch is so simple and yet so useful! I got an LED strip for my TV as a bias lighting kit, but I didn't have the option to turn off the LEDs without disconnecting them, which wasn't very ideal. I'm not sure why I didn't come up with this idea before, but I found it on a forum when I was looking for a solution to why my TV's USB ports were still powering my LEDs, even though it was was clearly off. This little guy is perfect for most USB powered devices that don't already have their own switch, and especially USB powered single color LEDs. Just get this one if you want a basic switch, it's easy to use and just long enough to allow for better switch placement. I personally placed mine right behind the monitor where I placed another LED strip and now I can conveniently turn the LEDs on and off.
