The thing I like most about this is how it really does help improve the position of my toes. Slowly. But it's happening! One month of wearing these and my feet have stopped hurting (I'd say by 80% so far) as my toes no longer curl beneath the others when I wear shoes (without the toe separators). I only wear the product when I'm at home and in my bare feet. And after one month, my body seems to have begun to lay in the straighter position naturally. Stepping out of the shower is easier, my toenails don't catch on things as often, and now I'm even getting comfortable wearing flip flops! But when I completely stop wearing them, my toes tend to start to regress.What I don't like: they are lint and dirt magnets. I wore them twice (at home in my bare feet) and despite having just showered and vacuumed ll earlier in the day, they seem to just attract dirt. They thankfully don't smell bad, or become too oddly fuzzy, but if anyone looked at my feet (after a few nights) they would be cringing.Overall, they're honestly surprising me how they're really working.
