I like that they have integrated several different services into one platform (booking engine/customer service etc). Also it's very customizable so if there are certain things we don't need or want then we just switch them off! The support team has been fantastic at helping us figure out what works well in our business versus not working as effectively in ours - which was great because it saved me from wasting my own time trying something without knowing whether it would work. They also do live training sessions where someone will walk through each module explaining how everything operates within their product. This really helps when getting used to using new features / functionality since its hard to explain every step needed during onboarding but these sessions give insight about how some functions may look compared to others.
