Great booking software paired with customer success

I like that they have integrated several different services into one platform (booking engine/customer service etc). Also it's very customizable so if there are certain things we don't need or want then we just switch them off! The support team has been fantastic at helping us figure out what works well in our business versus not working as effectively in ours - which was great because it saved me from wasting my own time trying something without knowing whether it would work. Best Tour Manager Software & Cloud-Based Product

I love that it's so simple! The interface was very intuitive when we first got started using pax flow but now there are new features being added every day which make things even easier than before!! There really isn't anything i dislike about PAX FLOW other then maybe having more options in certain areas as they continue to add them everyday (like their reporting section). We have been able to easily manage our daily operations while also keeping track of important information like…

  • Customer support is amazing, super helpful & efficient!!!
