Worked well for 2 months then water started leaking heavily onto the hand tube from a slot behind the rotating jet selector. I removed the device to see if anything could be adjusted or tightened to stop the leak, but there seemed to be nothing I could do. When reinstalling, a cheap plastic fitting broke while screwing onto a pipe. So I had 2 separate failures with this product. I have replaced it with a G-Promise showerhead which is cheaper and has METAL hardware and the handpiece seems more durable.
