I like that they have good customer service and that they are very willing to help you with any problems that may arise. I had a difficult time with an old client who was not cooperating with my company. I had to switch out of their network and have to wait for a month before I could get back in. I highly recommend them! I have to get my team in there. They help with any type of recruiting need that I may have. I use them for all of my recruiting needs. They do a great job with client service. They are always willing to help. The best thing about Npolyn site it is very organized with an easy to navigate layout that makes finding candidates fast & simple! I've not found anything negative so far as this platform/website has been great at all times we have used them. We are able to find qualified applicants quicker than ever before through their software which saves us time (and money).
