Tastes better than many others I've tried.
Since my obesity surgery I have tried different types of these protein shakes and I think this one is the tastiest. While none of them are great, I actually agree with the taste. It doesn't have a bitter or strange smell like some others I've encountered. I keep them as cold as possible and add them to my coffee and throw them in a blender with a tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla ice cream. Pretty good. I gave it 4 stars because although the taste is the best I've ever had, it can still be a bit strange for some people. They are ALL the same to varying degrees.
