Cooks Great Book Useless
We had a similar range that broke and we used it to cook chicken. We just made a chicken in this one and it turned out really good. crispy skin, tender meat, delicious. But we had to figure out how to do it and experiment, basically with the method we used with our old oven. It took about an hour for a 5.5 pound chicken.
