The phone started up fine for me, took about thirty minutes to install updates and set up. Service seems stable, lte speed on tmo is as expected. WiFi only N, which is a bit outdated. The battery life has been excellent so far. This phone isn't meant for gaming (I knew that when I bought it). The camera is ok, don't expect to get blown here. I will update over time but so far so good. Real value for the price. Guaranteed security updates make this device unbeatable at low imo level.
