I bought this product JUST to try something new. But, menthol feeling is something you might want on a lozenge, not on your tender "down there" area. That is how this product feels, just like the menthol feeling from a Carmix lipbalm on your lips (mouth lips). At least is not burning or super uncomfortable sensation on my smaller lips, more like a feeling of cold ice and/or cold air. I found no other difference after using this product. The only reason why I give it two stars is because of the lubricant property it has, but even that lubrication is not lasting. I am going back to use Astroglide in gel, and maybe in the future I will try the more expensive female clitoral stimulants.
