I have no words for this hideous disappointment. At first I thought I was doing something wrong because it did absolutely nothing but a few blisters. I then measured the power consumption as shown in the video but found it to be less than 138W, well below the 180W. It draws around 250-270 watts when heated and I don't care but it fulfills literally not his job. I have requested a return and here's how it works: You will receive a return label and a refund 20 days after the item has been returned; This is totally UNACCEPTABLE as this is a Revain purchase! I'll go ahead and file a claim with the BBB and report the news. Stay away from this product and this company!
