These knives are sharp

Of course I liked the sharpness, but the strange shape of the handles doesn't make it safe to use. I want traditional grips, preferably with sandy or non-slip surfaces. However, these are my favorite knives for carving up chicken or turkey, peeling, slicing or trimming fruit and vegetables. With a slight change in the shape of the handle I would give five stars. I don't know how well they hold up to heavy use but I expect to find out as I have removed other cutlery since I got these wonderful knives.
