only half there. And as small as each of them, it's really disappointing. The color is really bright and beautiful so I was happy with the result I got. After some trial and error, I found that they work best when applied with a solid coat of the base color. Then apply a wafer-thin layer of base and bake for just 15 seconds. Then dust with powder. But do not refuse the excess. Just take it off and put on the top coat. Oh, and if you need a second coat of powder to darken it, a thin top coat will work just fine. I'd love to give it 5 stars, but half-filled glasses, when they're that small, are just plain wrong in my opinion.
