Works perfectly! in the kitchen and dining room

This works great if you know how to do it right. The mold and stamp must be damp so that they can be easily removed. Keep a bowl of water nearby and wet both parts after each use. When the masubi is done, leave the plunger in place and remove the mold by pressing both ends of the plunger with your thumbs and sliding the mold up. Nice quality plastic. I'm not a fan of gadgets, I hate everything that has only one purpose in the kitchen but is necessary for making musubi. Lots of videos on the tube if you need a picture.
