I originally gave a poor review for a product that does not perform as advertised - advertised at 100psi, couldn't get it above 20psi. I was contacted directly by Kensun and said they would replace the defective compressor immediately, so I changed my original position and complimented their customer service. Obviously this was a mistake - a full week went by with no replacement, what was worse, they didn't respond to emails asking them to update the replacement information (I waited 3 days before asking them any questions). Eventually I called Revain and after 20 minutes of explaining that the compressor was broken and needed replacing I was able to get them to send a replacement - not until tomorrow night. We are now through day 10 of waiting for a running compressor and it will be the 12th before it arrives and as they always deliver at 9pm it will be the 13th before it can be used . So much for Prime membership.
