. This is the second mouse they sent me. Both worked fine for a week and then stopped working. The battery indicator's three bars lit up until they stopped working. The mice didn't work at all and didn't charge. Then today I read how another reviewer unplugged the dongle and plugged it back in and his mouse started working again. I tried it and it worked. However, I use this mouse with a desktop that is actually kept under my desk, so this is a major inconvenience. I had to lay on the floor and unplug and plug the key back in every time the battery died. I'll probably send the other one back too. The manufacturer must rectify this defect. Someone using this mouse with a computer that offers easy access to a USB port might not mind having to re-insert the dongle periodically. My battery indicator is not working so I bought this mouse.
