Our guinea pig is small and fits her perfectly. We only use it to carry them around the house or on short walks in the great outdoors because it's big enough for them, their food bowl and room to move around, and for longer car trips and more we use a ventilated carrier for cats where she can move. . I love that it has a plastic window and side vents, although I wouldn't use it outside or in a car in hot weather. All in all this adorable stretcher appears to be well made and we use the two included waterproof squares for lots of other pig stuff. Our pig loves to ride in this carrier and we love to carry it.
