It arrives exactly as shown and has all parts necessary. The cleaning portion of things works fine so no complaints there. I did not manage to get the app to work properly, which was kind of a bummer since we all know how appealing TikTok makes watching ear cleaning seem. We do not really have dirty or waxy ears, so I cannot comment on how well it may or may not truly clean out an ear. The price would be great if you can get the app to work, but is a bit much for just an ear cleaner.
