We haven't slept with it yet but one night we found that the section that fits the wheel arches is unsupported and doesn't fit well. The mattress is thick - I'm glad about that; It is just as comfortable as you would expect from an air mattress. It looks like it was designed for a two-axle car, or maybe they made the fit big to accommodate a variety of wheel arch positions because there's at least 12 inches of headroom where the wheel arch doesn't completely fill the well. The first time I used it, I slipped through the hole immediately. No support as the mattress above the wheel well is only 4 inches thick. We need to fill this extra space before sleeping on it for two or more nights. Maybe a rigid construction with parts covering the wheel well would have gotten more stars.
