Stripology is a quick and fun way to cut out pattern pieces.

I really like the patterns in this book. You'll need a strip cutter to cut the fabric effectively, but they're worth it. I recommend you buy the mid-range Creative Grid brand. I am already planning to use some of the patterns in this book as they speed up fabric cutting. The instructions are accurate and have both written and illustrated guides for each quilt featured in the book.
