I have been using this juicer every day for two weeks since I received it. This juicer has many good features and few flaws. Let's start with the positive aspects of this juicer. First, this juicer is quiet. I can leave it running while people are sleeping upstairs and no one bothers. That's a big plus as I'm a night owl and I'm often the last one up in the house. The juicer makes excellent juice from dry pulp. I don't feel any juice leaking out. The pulp comes out easily and does not clog during operation of the juicer. It seems like a waste of time when I notice how much pulp comes out compared to the amount of juice, but I understand that this is the nature of juicing and nothing can be done about it. The juicer is powerful enough to easily process whatever I put in it. . In doing so, I follow the recommendations for cutting fruit and vegetables to an acceptable size. I didn't have to use the "back" function at all in two weeks because nothing stuck. This juicer is easy to use. After just one trial juicing, my sister and I became familiar with using this juicer. We can easily make juice and disassemble the juicer for cleaning. It is clearly marked and easy to assemble after cleaning. That being said, I wouldn't wait to break this juicer apart after using it to clean. The screen can be difficult to clean if left in place for too long. Probably this applies to all juicers. The toothbrush that comes with the juicer cleans the strainer, which separates the juice and pulp well. This is the longest part of the cleanup; The remaining parts are easy to clean. Now for the problems we've encountered so far. It looks like there are signs of wear on the bottom of the plastic compartment that houses the juice chewing mechanism. This happens after two weeks of use. I plan to email the company to determine if this type of wear and tear is normal and nothing to worry about, or if this is an indication that something is wrong with the juicer. in everything already. It also has a cloudy appearance, although we only have juices from fruits and carrots. We didn't squeeze anything that would etch the plastic. This is annoying because one of the main reasons I bought this juicer was that it is BPA free. Tonight my sister and I decided that we would buy a four cup measure and use it to collect the juice. We both prefer to drink from glass, but I still think the pot shouldn't look as "cracked" as it already is after only two weeks of use. We only hand wash juicing components, so that doesn't mean we wash the plastic in the dishwasher. Overall, the benefits of this juicer outweigh the two issues we've had so far. I recommend this juicer to everyone. Just be aware that you'll probably need to buy a different pitcher for real juice.
