Great vest ideal for outdoor activities

So this is the best vest I've used for my morning walk and run. The reason is that it is very adjustable and yet the strap fits snugly. It's not that small, I can't turn it on and off like the others. It's highly adjustable, unlike the others, and stays in place for the most part. this is my 3rd and i like it best!
