Very easy to roll up and clean.

Ideal for preparing sushi! We had a terrible sushi maker so we decided to try the old fashioned way. It worked so well! Easy to clean if you use seaweed foil. Next time I'll put some cling film on top to make cleaning up the mail even easier. Please ignore frozen plates. My daughter asked for sushi for her birthday and of course her birthday was Frozen. :)
