Review on 🦶 Optimized Search: Green Japanese Reflexology Foot Massager with Nubs by Jermaine Fleming

I only gave 4 stars because the reflexology picture on it with pressure points was only in Chinese and I could only read English. I was skeptical how this would help, but it really is helping my plantar fasciitis! I just received it yesterday and I used it tonight. I stood on it with both feet for a few minutes to gently stretch every area of my legs, especially my arches (I have high arches) and it helped my pain. I only used it for a few minutes to start because I didn't want to hurt myself. It was a little uncomfortable, but nothing I couldn't stand. This helps stretch the fascia and muscles, which in my case are very tight.
