Review on Efficient and Versatile KitchenAid KHBV53ER Hand Blender – Empire Red Corded Design with Variable Speed by Joe Unruh

I don't know why these tiny blades are as effective as the big ones typically found in a blender, but they are. They do everything a regular blender does. I've used it to make milkshakes, smoothies, purees, pie crust and whipped cream. I like that I'm not limited by space in the blender jug as it allows me to blend food in any size bowl. The only downside: the blades are very difficult to clean. I think I'll have to use a small cleaning brush to get into the cracks without cutting my hands.
