Have you heard of the company UBOWAY before? They assert that they have knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about the activities and competitions that they sponsor. To tell you the truth, I have never in my life witnessed such a collection of individuals who are so unprofessional and who despise athletics. To begin, their support for existing customers is a farce. When I phoned to ask a question about a product, the representative seemed more interested in talking about their plans for the weekend than in assisting me with my inquiry. And don't even get me started on their return policy; it's as if the company doesn't even care about the people who buy from them. Their products, on the other hand, are of poor quality and are not worth the price at all. I had a new pair of running sneakers delivered after only a week of wearing them, but they were already falling apart. When I contacted UBOWAY about getting a refund or a replacement, they informed me that I would be responsible for the cost of shipping and processing. What a farce! And last but not least, let's have a conversation about their purported "love" of athletics. I don't think I've ever encountered a collection of individuals who appear to despise sports more than the people who work at UBOWAY. It is clear that they do not have any interest in the merchandise that they are selling. To summarize, if you want to do business with a company that gives genuine attention to both its clients and the quality of the goods it sells, you should seek elsewhere. UBOWAY may claim to have experienced professionals who are passionate about sports, but in reality, they are just a group of goofballs who are clueless about how to operate a business.
