We have thousands of users all over the world who mainly use Yealink, Cisco, Aastra, Polycom, Grandstream and some other brands IP phones that we inherited. Offices previously used Ooma and had several Ooma-enabled phones. I love Yealink as a brand as their phones tend to be easier to set up and use than other branded phones we have. This model is particularly good. I love the touchscreen and it has a lot of programmable buttons so we can customize it exactly how we want. We use them with the NebulaPBX cloud phone system, so the buttons are often customized for things like intercom, group intercom, overhead speakerphones (like the Snom PA1), speed dial, park, calling and busy monitoring of other phones. Really good phones that do everything and don't get stuck with certain buttons that only have one function. I usually rate this phone 5 stars, but I'm deducting 1 star from this version of Ooma because of the forced deployment of Ooma. on topic. We prefer to use voiSip voip service, so removing the Ooma setting was quite difficult. I understand VoIP companies will block phones if they give them to a customer for free. But if someone buys a phone right away, it can easily be swapped out for any VoIP service. Also, for some reason, the phone costs a bit more than the standard non-Ooma version. Plus it's an amazing phone. Highly recommended!
