Review on Sylvania Halogen Dimmable Medium Replacing Bulb: Efficient Lighting Solution by Shonda Smykle

One of the bulbs in the box looked like it was rolling around the workshop or under a conveyor belt before it was discovered, boxed and shipped. The white paint was badly scratched, I just rubbed it, I didn't want to bother with the return. I only approve and write a cautionary review. The one that isn't scratched works great.
