PROS: The case itself is a decent design, hard shell on the bottom but soft top (was expecting a full hard shell). Inner lining with grooves for headset and controller. Good elastic strap for storage and good zip pocket for other accessories. CONS: According to the Q&A, it works with both the Elite and Halo headbands. Elite might fit, but Halo doesn't. To get it in there I had to detach the strap from the main unit and it still sticks out too high for my liking. You have to be very careful on the road. Controller grips do not fit properly and are blocking sensors. After the Beat Saber and Bowling "lost" their controllers, I took off the sleeves. UPDATE: I was contacted by the manufacturer trying to resolve an issue installing the Halo Strap. They were very warm and polite and when I insisted it was not suitable they offered me either return the item for a full refund or keep the item and get a 30% refund. I am storing the product and told them no refund is required as I can still use the case for storage but not for travel. They were very polite and tried to be helpful so thank you for going the extra mile.
