Received these boots within a week from the seller with free shipping. Seller very prompt in responding to my messages regarding shipment. I must say.I'm very impressed with these boots. I'm a size 10 size but I ordered a size 11medium cause I had a bad experience purchasing these boots from another seller. Size 10 was too small. The inside of these boots are Flannel soft material.The whole tongue of the boot is coated with fur. They fit is "Perfect" with a little extra room. I have a narrow foot cause I'm tall and slim. These boots don't look big since they are size 11. Make your foot look small. (I like that) .Outside of the boot is all man made material. They probably will develop wear and tare after while.but hey.the price is cheap but we'll made boot.No defects! I'm impressed! Buy them.but order a size up from your regular size ladies.Enjoy! 😊👍
