I love this bag so much my boyfriend has the same one in maroon because I adore it so much! UPDATE 10/2019: I still love this bag but was very disappointed when the zipper literally broke two months after the one year warranty expired. The stitching has come loose from the zipper in a way that I don't think my limited sewing skills can fix, especially since the thread puckers elsewhere along the zipper line as well. I wrote to their support team immediately, but several weeks have passed and I still haven't received a reply. I can still use this bag for now but get more and more nervous as more zippers fall apart. I'm not sure if I want to buy another of these bags. I love its size, shape and weight and the fact that it's made from recycled materials. But it's expensive enough that it's not only a shame to replace it every year because it's poorly produced such that its 'throw away' look defeats the purpose of recycled content. I have to think this through carefully.
