I was just cleaning my tank last weekend and when I reached into my tank to remove the Zoo Med Labs synthetic log, my finger stuck right through the log, at At first I just thought I was being rude, I cautiously went to shoot and broke more. This log turned out to be some kind of fiberglass composite, used to be strong but now it almost fell apart at my touch. I bought this for my Pleco for about a year, it was large and needed it. After about 2 weeks in the pool with his new magazine. He got sick and died. I also lost the rest of my fish in that 2 weeks, I did water changes and whatever you had to do and they still died 1 to 1. I have a feeling this log has something to do with it. And he will demand a refund and an explanation through the magazine. Too late for a refund because I waited so long to clean the tank and never touched the magazine after installing it. So be careful when you buy this magazine.
