Never Clear Proof in my review
For a first time brewer, the kit simplifies the cider making process. It provided everything necessary from start to finish. However, the instructions indicated that the cider would clear within seven days. It's been over 45 days, and the cider is still not clear. I've been contemplating the addition of fining agents used in wine making to help the process along.
