The Arctis 9x offers good value for money. I haven't had any issues or disconnects when using a direct Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection to my Xbox. I would recommend this headset to other interested parties. As stated, the battery life depends on the volume. Based on the feedback I've received from other gamers, the mic for the 9x is crystal clear. The microphone can also be retracted and extended when you decide whether to use the microphone. When you press the mute button on the headset itself. There is a red LED indicator on the main microphone unit to indicate that the audio is currently muted. The sound isolation of the microphone is excellent, you won't hear any trace of background noise unless it exceeds a certain high level of sound/noise etc. Sound quality is good, but I would recommend Dolby Atmos virtual surround sound. Windows Sound Virtual surround sound is fine, but sometimes it doesn't feel like it at all, but others might argue. I understand that the overall price may seem high, but I highly recommend the Arctic 9x.
