This program has been extremely beneficial for our organization with regards to employee development, training programs, tracking of hours worked etc! I have found it very easy using this system as well as user friendly when adding new employees or clients into your database. It's an incredible tool that helps us monitor performance/development goals set along side each individual worker which can be difficult at times depending upon their role within my organization. They recently added some features such as automated paychecks (which are essential) so they should continue expanding onto these types of applications if you're looking towards implementing systems like ours but also having them able to manage payroll would help immensely too. We utilize several different databases throughout various other departments; however we were missing one overall place where everyone could go together via computer screens rather than emailing back & forth about specific updates concerning projects or events going down during business days.
