This plug may fit other Waste King containers but I read a few reviews when I bought it and none of the people who said it would fit, described what it was. So it fits well, but what kind of disposal is it good for? If you have a Waste King 2600 this stopper will fit. The design is as follows: The plug has an inner edge that is smaller than the outer edge. The inner circle is the part that goes down the sink drain. The outer circle is outside of the sink drain. The outer circle is 3.25 inches (3 1/4). the inner circle that goes into the drain is 3.125 inches (3 1/8 inches). The outer rim and inner ring are made of a softer material than the body. it will provide a snug fit when needed. I added an image to .Edit*. I went back to my review to add a note. This plug fits my Waste King 2600 as above and keeps water in the sink. There is one issue that I encountered after my review, which is that the handle is off the bottom of the sink. Therefore, if you move the dishes while washing, there is a chance of accidentally hitting the handle and damaging the seal. My new recommendation is to find a plug that fits the drain, which means your OD should be 3.125 (3 1/8) inches.
