These are quality boots.

So NEOS has been used at my work place for many years. They appear to be de facto waterproof shoes when we work outside. They are also great for cold weather. I don't even drive in winter boots. They keep me warm (extra rubber between you and the ground + windproof nylon). as if they would last long but might be worth trying for science. I know these NEOS will last a long time so it's a good investment.
