No walking problems if you wear this on the front right hip. This made a big difference for running on hot days. It's not much, but it's enough to keep me going. Some have reported it falling out of my pocket, but mine never budges until I'm ready to take it out for a drink. Others said it was leaking. The bottle and cap are soft and you can twist the threads and if you do it will leak. It is also easy to see that you scroll it across and unscrew it half a turn and try again. It's also not difficult to put the cap on properly without twisting it and I've never had a leak when I've put it on properly. I gave it 4 stars because it could have been a bit bigger which could have made it more useful but my biggest issue with this is that Revain is out of stock right now and I want another one!
