I like that it is easy for us as an admin, because we can do things quickly without having someone else there with me who knows what they are doing in order to make sure everything works correctly! It's hard sometimes when you need something done quick but don't know how or where - just give them some time (especially during off-peak times) so maybe next month will be better? We have been able to see different issues across our network over long periods of time which helps identify trends very easily now too rather than waiting until one day happens again before finding out about another issue down at HQ somewhere.
