Good game, faulty hardware

Generally a good game device, but there were some problems with my particular device. The drivers were messed up right out of the box and my Logitech g933 wireless headset stopped working. This problem existed for a week while I was troubleshooting. It finally worked, but with some of the range I had on my previous laptop. The next problem is random throttling on startup. As I said, the laptop switches to turbofans at startup or the smallest tasks. No, this is not a software setting that I accidentally made. The device is also constantly changing the formatting of my external SSD (since you can't install anything other than NVME for internal storage), making it extremely difficult to set up shortcuts for my editing. And finally, the biggest problem that makes this device unusable as a laptop is that the trackpad doesn't work. I've spent a lot of time diagnosing this problem, and despite my best efforts, it appears to be a hardware issue, not a software issue. Factory reset the computer, installed drivers, everything I could think of ended up with software. I have yet to open the device and see if the trackpad itself is disabled, but in the end I shouldn't, should I? As a side note, the battery life is extremely disappointing. Overall, the laptop handles gaming well, with performance dropping off drastically after a few months of ownership, which is absolutely disappointing, as are all the issues that come with it. But if you do your research like I did, you know that any laptop in this price range will have some issues with these components, I just feel like they should be smaller than mine.
