I like the stand, except for one small drawback. When using the laptop mount, the laptop screen partially covers the monitors. This cannot be avoided unless you install a laptop mount over the monitors, which I will try when my second Scepter monitor arrives today. As you can see from the photos, I have two different monitors. I have an old 27" planar monitor and a new 27" scepter monitor. Therefore the installation height is different. On scepter monitors, the VESA mounting holes are on the bottom of the monitor, while on planar monitors, they are on the center of the monitor, making it lower. I temporarily placed my laptop on a table and used the laptop mount as a keyboard mount because I was annoyed that my monitors were being blocked by the laptop screen. Juano was wrong about that. The workstand had to be a few inches higher to accommodate 17-inch laptops, which the description said would fit. I searched the Huano store to see if they sell the longer stand separately and they don't. Also, the laptop stand doesn't have side supports, which would add a little more flair. I've seen a laptop stand with side supports from at least one other manufacturer. Use double-sided tape or velcro to secure your laptop so it doesn't slide. I mean accidents happen. In addition, this stand is very durable and sturdy. She was easy to assemble. She was well packed. It includes cable management and tools (3 hex keys and 1 open-end wrench - not required) to assemble the stand. the support arm (which holds the monitors) is no longer flush. The mounting arm extends about 1/4 inch beyond the post. At this setting, the laptop screen no longer covers the bottom of the monitor but still touches the bottom of the monitor.
